Tech Help

I am forwarding the following information, from Principal Gust, regarding families getting help if they need technology support during this remote learning time...
As we move to more use of technology to support remote learning, we believe a Help Desk queue for parents and students to initiate support requests is needed.  We plan to use remotehelp@saugatuckps.com as the email address for SPS families to initiate a support request.  We will provide troubleshooting tips and attempt to resolve the issues remotely via email, telephone, and/or screen sharing.
