Just a Reminder

May 3, 2018
Dear Parents/Guardians,
Yesterday, legislation passed allowing schools to request up to four additional forgiven snow days.  As a result, Saugatuck Public Schools will request one additional forgiven snow day and will return to our original school calendar making Wednesday, May 8th and Friday, June 7th half days of school. I am sorry for any inconvenience this change may cause families.
Enjoy the sunshine this weekend,

Tim

Following Directions

I have noticed lately that students are not taking the time to follow oral or written directions. Today in class the students took a following directions test. After the test they were asked to write about why it is important to follow directions. Please take the time tonight to talk with your child about why it is important to follow directions and if they think they are following directions in class.

A huge shout out goes to the 4 students who followed ALL of the directions that were given with the test!
