Holiday Cheer Week!

We are gong to have a lot of fun next week! There is a week's worth of holiday cheer planned. Please see the schedule below.

Monday: We will carol through the halls as we travel to specials! The Elves for the Elf Decorating Contest are due Dec. 16th.

Tuesday: Drop everything and read a holiday book! We will stop throughout the day to read a festive book.

Wednesday: Wear red and green!

Thursday: Comfy cozy/Pajama days for 2nd grade (20th all school). We will culminate our Chris VanAllsburg reading unit with The Polar Express. We will also be watching the movie and drinking hot chocolate. If you are interested in sending in a box of hot chocolate, styrofoam cups, or spoons, please contact me.

Friday: Whole school pajama day! That's right, second grade has two pajama days in a row! This is also the day of our whole school movie in the gym.

If I do not see you before break, I hope you have an amazing holiday season. Enjoy your time together and make a lot of special memories. I feel like I have already been given the wonderful gift of such an amazing class!
